Customer Experience Study
This was the first project I worked on when I first joined L&K in 2017. I had the pleasure to work with very talented designers and at the same time the huge challenge of ramping up and matching their skills and expertise in just a couple of weeks.
I was involved as video editor for videos on reports 1 and 4, mastering the audio to enhance the clarity of the speakers, as well as adding and editing background music. Also created motion graphics and animations. I made use of Adobe tools like After Effects, Audition, Premiere, and Illustrator. Some of the final assembly was done in Camtasia
